* Loyalty Points/ Cards cannot be transferred for one Escarla customer to another.
* Any Loyalty Points/ Cards redeemed will not accrur any extra credits.
* Escarla Loyalty points/ Cards/ Packages are meant to be a gesture of goodwill and cannot be converted to currency.
* FREE SEMI fashion colour or SEMI gloss treatment cards are via appointment only. Available for new clients or clients from Escarla that have recommended a friend and friend has already used their coupon. Clients can only redeem free colour if booked in with a shampoo, cut and blowdry.
* Escarla reserves the right to amend or terminate the Loyalty Scheme in these Terms and Conditons or any Hair and Beauty Package at its sole discretion at any given time, with or without notice.
