
Booking Policy
To ensure transparency, we kindly ask that you review the following information before booking your appointment.
All pricing includes GST and are subject to variation without notice. Complimentary Consultations available. A quote will be provided by your stylist during your consultation prior to the service to avoid any concerns.
Confirmation Policy
You will receive a notification of your upcoming appointment 7 days prior via email/SMS and an SMS 72 hours prior. You can manage and amend your booking via the confirmation link.
Appointment Booking + Cancellation Policy
To ensure we can provide the highest level of service to all our valued clients, Escarla Hair requires a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This deposit secures your appointment and allows us to allocate the appropriate time and resources for your visit. It will be applied toward your final bill on the day of your appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, including due to illness, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the appointment to another client. With sufficient notice, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment or refunded.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your 50% deposit. In the case of a
no-show, a fee equal to 75% of the booked service will be charged.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise; however, these policies are necessary to support the sustainability of our business and ensure fairness to all clients.

Service Modification Policy
Are you still enjoying your colour and loving your previous cut? That's fantastic! We kindly request that you inform us 48 hours before your appointment if you wish to modify your booked services. Our stylists have allocated specific time slots for these services, and making changes is similar to cancelling a booking.
If a service is cancelled upon arrival at your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 50% of the service booked. This policy ensures fairness and helps us effectively manage our schedule.
Complimentary Adjustment Period Policy
We are dedicated to ensuring that our clients leave with a hairstyle they absolutely love. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your fresh locks, we encourage you to reach out to our friendly staff within 7 days of your appointment. Simply give us a call or send us an email, and we'll be happy to make any necessary adjustments, completely complimentary with the original stylist.
